The meeting was well-attended by representatives from area regional water providers including the City of Houston, North Harris County Regional Water Authority, West Harris County Regional Water Authority, San Jacinto River Authority, Lone Star Groundwater Conservation District, as well as members of local environmental groups like the Sierra Club, and the general public interested in the region’s long-term water planning.
